It is possible, but in this case every time we show the apartment, we need to coordinate with you. This means that the search for tenants may be delayed, and you would need to be present in the apartment for each interested tenant.

On average, it takes about 10 days from entering into an agreement with MySafeTrade till the date the tenants move in to the apartment. But sometimes it happens that the tenants call 2 hours after the ad is published. We know how to prepare an ad, where to publish it and how to promote it.
However, much depends on the condition of the apartment, whether apartment is renovated or not, and asking rental payment amount. Our manager will help you evaluate a rental potential of your apartment.
