How It Works?

MySafeTrade platform makes it easy and convenient to rent an apartment and provides safe and secure environment for Landlords and Tenants for their communication and rental payments.

• The call of MySafeTrade rep. The apartment owner leaves a request here and our manager contacts the apartment owner.
• Meeting with a MySafeTrade rep. Our manager will clarify with the owner important information about the apartment and will create a professional photo and 3D tour for online showings.
• Rental ads and promotion. Our manager will create an ad listing and ensure it is promoted via social networks and search engines. As we will not require from the tenant a security deposit, guarantors, real estate agent’s commission, there will be enough responses from the potential tenants.
• Apartment showings and candidate selection. We will answer all calls and show the apartment to potential candidates: both online and in person. The apartment owner will just need to choose from candidates selected and verified by MySafeTrade.
• Rental deal and contract. We will offer assistance in concluding a lease agreement, will hand over the key to the tenant and will accept payment through the MySafeTrade platform. The money for the first month is immediately transferred to the apartment owner.
• Ongoing support of the parties. After the rental deal is concluded we stay in touch with the landlord and the tenant and help with transferring rent payments, meters data, receipts – all communication takes place inside the convenient MySafeTrade digital platform.
